The Academy Art Museum seeks a highly collaborative and organized Event Coordinator to oversee event logistics and provide support across multiple departments. This role includes managing rental events, assisting with Museum-hosted programs, and working closely with the Development, Education, and Exhibition teams to deliver outstanding experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of local vendors, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the Museum’s high standards.
The Collections Manager and Registrar will work directly under the Manager of Exhibitions and collaborate closely with the Curator to manage, preserve, and make accessible the museum’s permanent collection of works on paper. This role combines administrative precision with hands-on responsibilities in art handling and preparation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in collections management while thriving in a collaborative and physical work environment.
The Development and Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the fundraising and donor engagement efforts of the museum. This includes processing and acknowledging gifts, memberships, managing donor communications, coordinating special events, and supporting the execution of grant applications and reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of donor stewardship practices.
