Portrait work demands a quick grasp of gesture, shape, and proportion—these are the keys to capturing the character of any individual portrait subject. In this class students will complete one portrait each day to see how accurately recording color shapes leads to capturing a likeness. Students will be expected to work in oil or pastel from the live model. This class is open to all levels. Minimum of 5 students, maximum of 10.
