The focus of this still-life class is the flow of light over form and the organization of values that creates the illusion of spatial depth and volume. The principles of design, proportion, and shape discussed in this session are the foundations of drawing any subject and can be applied to still life, landscape, or figure work. Participants will work in charcoal; all levels are welcome.
