Some people like to turn art-making into an event. The opportunity to create a unique version of a well-known masterpiece step-by-step with the instructor guarantees success. Nibbles and beverages increase the fun! Students will create a Giorgio Morandi-inspired still life. Morandi (1890–1964) created small scale still lifes of ordinary objects in subdued earth colors. Participants will try to capture Morandi’s mood and create a quick-drying acrylic painting on an 18 x 24″ panel. All materials included.
