Julia will take the student on  step-by-step instructions on the essentials of painting. The class will begin with a discussion on each student’s concept for their painting, developing one or two into preliminary studies. All of the basics will be addressed throughout the class: drawing, composition, value, edges, color, etc. – everything involved in mastering a painting. Students will work from their own photos on the subject matter of their choice – landscapes, seascapes, animal, birds, etc. This class was designed for the artist who is ready to take the challenge on how to develop a masterpiece!
