This year’s Waterfowl Festival Featured Artist, Julia Rogers, will show different ways to use animal reference to create exciting paintings through lecture and demonstration. She will use this workshop to give the student a better understanding of composition, value and form. The class will break down the use of texture, color and line in oils or acrylics with different applications using brushes, knives and pencil. This will be an exciting workshop so bring your reference photos or Julia will provide hers.
