One of the most unique qualities of pastel is that it is both a drawing and painting medium. Because there are a variety of “strokes,” the artist can work delicately with thin lines and crisp strokes, or work in a painterly fashion with broad strokes and impasto layers. This class will sharpen the student’s skills and revisit the many wonderful techniques of pastel. A great class for all levels. Maximum of 10 students. katiecassidyart.com
