Welcome! This is the right class for a beginner to try out the challenging medium of watercolor — or someone with painting experience to explore a new medium, perhaps because of the desire to work without solvents.  Clear exercises are planned that pair practical color theory with professional quality white paper, which takes the place of white paint.  All lessons provide drawing exercises important to and unique to success with watercolor. Instructor demonstrations and critiques are part of each class.  Heather provides individualized help until at least 3:30 p.m.in a welcoming environment.

Materials List: No supplies mandatory for first class, but bring what you already own. Instructor will provide “pure” pigments for students to try. If you have questions contact Heather at
