Painting Studio
By using field sketches painted on location you will learn how to use this material as a departure point for a bigger, more fully realized studio painting. There will be a demonstration by the instructor at the beginning of each day showing exactly how to block in a studio painting from a sketch. Some previous painting experience required. For students that do not have a field sketch painting as source material, a photograph may be used as a point of departure for the larger painting. Maximum of 12 students.
