Discover the captivating world of oil painting in this beginner-friendly workshop that introduces you to essential techniques and tools without requiring a major investment in supplies. Students will learn the basics of oil painting materials, explore color mixing, and understand the role of values in creating compelling compositions. Bernard will provide demonstrations on paint application, achieving color harmony with a limited palette, and various methods to begin a painting. With this foundational knowledge, participants will gain the confidence to continue their journey in oil painting.
