Painting Studio
This beginner-friendly course dives into the fundamentals of color theory and application in painting. Students will start by creating their own color wheels and charts to unlock the secrets of color compatibility. Once they’ve mastered the basics, each participant will select a famous painting, studying its color palette and applying those tones to a composition of their own. Through hands-on practice, students will explore complementary, analogous, monochromatic, and other color schemes to gain confidence and versatility in their work.
Supplies: Students provide their own paints and supports.
Class Size: Minimum of 4 students, maximum of 10.
