Teen sculptors will create works using a variety of 3-D media and styles while expressing their own unique views of the world. Approaches will vary from process-oriented experimentations to structural problem-solving by brainstorming, draft sketching, and designing before creating. Participants will learn varied techniques such as additive and subtractive carving; molding; and casting. Dawn will introduce them to media such as ceramic, oil, polymer and paper clays; foam; plaster; and wire. All materials provided.
