Pastel’s brilliant colors and simple techniques are attracting a growing number of artists to this easy-to-learn medium. This two-day workshop offers a solid grounding in this fast, friendly and forgiving art form. Learn the importance of specific pastel and paper
combinations and how value studies and blocking-in techniques greatly improve painting success. Demos, critiques and individual attention will assist students produce vivid and personal work. Perfect for beginners or artists who want to restart their pastel techniques.
Cost: $200 (Members)/ $230 (Non-members)
