About Colleen Morrison, RYT200<\/strong><\/p>\n

Colleen found yoga more than fifteen years ago as a way to relieve stress and anxiety. Over time, her asana practice led to a deeper connection to her community, her spirituality, and herself, and she was drawn to sharing that experience with others through teaching. Now, Colleen\u2019s passionate about bringing the benefits of mind-body-spirit connections to a broader community.
