Join Colleen Morrison, RYT200, for yoga outdoors on the South Street lawn or in the galleries of the Academy Art Museum. This will be a gentle Vinyasa-style class suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. We will connect to our breath and bodies with movement and relish the art of being present. Please bring your own mats and blocks if you have them; props will be provided as needed.

About Colleen Morrison, RYT200
Colleen found yoga more than fifteen years ago as a way to relieve stress and anxiety. Over time, her asana practice led to a deeper connection to her community, her spirituality, and herself, and she was drawn to sharing that experience with others through teaching. Now, Colleen’s passionate about bringing the benefits of mind-body-spirit connections to a broader community. Her philosophy is that yoga benefits everyone, so she strives to teach classes that balance challenge with accessibility and loves bringing new yogis into the fold.
