The Museum is pleased to team up once again with the Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center (ChesMRC) to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month–Mes de la Herencia Hispana. This year’s theme is “Colores y Sabores (Colors and Flavors).” High school students are invited to enter a poster contest that focuses on how various aspects of their culture form part of their identities. An unveiling of the artwork and special reception will take place at the Museum on Friday, October 6 at 6 pm.
