Artists should forget everything they’ve heard about watercolor being an “unforgiving” medium. Join this friendly, “forgiving” environment of fellow painters — both new and returning students — all serious about getting better. Strictly traditional transparent watercolor techniques are paired with experimental water media to foster growth in drawing, brush handling, and design. Students will complete postcard-size “field studies” and paintings no larger than 11×15”, mostly interpreted, not copied, from personal photos. Minimum of 5 students, maximum of 12.
